Founding Principal, Stephanie Chase
Stephanie is an accomplished innovator and change leader, with significant experience developing strategic plans and leading organizational design initiatives. She believes it is essential to remember: if our organizations don't change, they'll be changed for us.
With more than twenty years of experience in local and municipal government, including extensive director- and executive-level leadership in public libraries, Stephanie has served communities ranging from the small and rural, resort communities, and some of our largest urban centers on both the east and west coasts.

In addition to her work with government, Stephanie is a founding member and the inaugural chair of national advocacy organization LibraryReads, and the founder of the Green Mountain (VT) Library Consortium, a statewide consortium serving 150 member libraries. Stephanie is an accomplished speaker and presenter, with national and international speaking roles.
Stephanie currently serves on the Public Library Association's Board of Directors and the American Library Association's governing Council.
